Please turn off / down cell phones - this is your time to relax

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your services.
Late arrivals of 15 minutes may forfeit some or all of the
treatments.
We ask for 8 hours notice when cancelling a single service,
and 24 hours for multiple services.
For groups or any service of $100.00 or more a credit card
number is required to hold the spots . For cancellations we
must have 72 hours notice or 50% will be charged to your credit
card.
For groups of six or more, a 15% gratuity will be added to your
total.
We welcome children to partake in spa services with parents
but if you are receiving spa treatments please make outside
arrangements for your children so we can ensure a quiet and
relaxing environment for our other guests.
No cash refunds will be given. Defective merchandise or service
adjustments must be addressed within 7 days of purchase for
exchange or correction .
Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift
cards must be presented for redemption. Heilerde Day Spa
cannot be responsible for misplaced gift cards.
Failure to cancel within 24 hours when redeeming gift cards
will result in forfeiture of the gift cards.
We suggest scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving
to ensure your most desirable time.
Due to saftey standards, there is a three hundred pound
weight limit for any services
performed on spa tables.
