Welcome to our Guests!! My name is Jessica Skop and I am thrilled to be able to share my team and day spas with all of you! I have had the pleasure over the past several years to meet some of the most amazing people to ever come into my life because of Serendipity. I have also had the pleasure of working with some amazingly talented and inspiring individuals. I encourage you all to take some time to meet them and to share in the joy that they bring me. In all honesty, I still have days where I wake up and want to pinch myself for the amount of blessings I have received by having this company. Although we have been through several obstacles we come out each time ahead with a better understanding of life, lessons learned and a drive to push forward.

For all of my guests, please feel free to contact me with your thoughts, suggestions, stories or just a quick hello. Serendipity has come a long way and most of it is due to incredible ideas brought from you. I am always looking to better the spa for the experience of the guests.  I would like to take a moment to introduce you to Annie Novotney, our Spa Director. I was privileged to have Annie join our team in December 2009.  She has began as a fantastic massage therapist with a background in therapeutic personal training and massage.  Her dedication, knowledge in her field, drive for guest success and attention to detail and cleanliness won her a promotion to assistant manager in May of 2010 and then onto Spa Director in August 2010.  Since then, she has had numerous recognitions by our guest for going above and beyond and and truly taking care of their needs.  Annie is highly involved in the Frankenmuth community as well with our local Jaycees program.  She is their Regional Director and is the Sponsorship Chair of both The Volkslaufe and the World Expo of Beer - the Largest Non-profit Event put on in Frankenmuth.  I invite you to take a moment to meet this extraordinary woman while you are in town.

Hello! My name is Jamie Dahlquist and I am a massage therapist at Serendipity Day Spa. I graduated from Flint School of Therapeutic Massage in 2007. A few days after graduation I moved to Vail, Colorado and worked as a massage therapist for two years. I love being able to help people relax and unwind, as well as be relieved of their pain. I truly believe in massage and the many benefits it provides for the body. I am also continuing my education in the field of Psychology. Many clients that I have had over the past few years have seemed to need someone to talk to. I have enjoyed being that someone and am now in the process of becoming a counselor/psychologist. Continuing my education brought me back to Michigan, and I began working at Serendipity in December of 2009. I have grown to love Frankenmuth and enjoy living and working in "Little Bavaria". Stop into Serendipity the next time you are in town!

Hello!  My name is Holly Lanctot.  I am a Licensed Cosmetologist.  I received my Nail Tech and Cosmetology Certificates from Mott Community College.  I have been working in Frankenmuth since August of 2010 and I absolutely love my job and the team I work with!  The services I provide are Manicures, Pedicures, Facials, Formal Styling, and Make up.  I love doing all of them but my two favorite things to do are facials and pedicures.  My goal is to have you leave the spa feeling happy, relaxed and looking great!  I enjoy meeting new people and I love to have good conversations, so please feel free to tell me your stories.

My name is Kirstie Brokaw.  I graduated from the Douglas J Aveda Institute and am now a licensed esthetician.  I specialize in facials and body waxing.  I also am apprenticing to be a nail technician.  I absolutely love my job (especially waxing!)  So make sure you stop by to see me for all of your facial and waxing needs!
